Overview:
In late 2003, IIM staff were contracted by a group of entrepreneurs to assemble and launch the Private Escapes website which would in turn help to launch the company. The requirements called for an exceptionally cost-effective and expeditious development schedule.

Results:
IIM staff, working with a small group of designers, successfully fulfilled the business launch and site development requirements. By January 2004, the new Private Escapes website was online and operational. Within one year, the company had grown to include a rapidly expanding membership base and 20 luxury properties worldwide. By 2007, the company merged with Ultimate Resort to create the #2 private destination club with over 1200 members and a real estate portfolio with a fair market value of $200 million.
