One of the most highly regarded real estate brokers in the Caribbean contracted IIM to assist with a number of projects ranging from building a custom contact management system from scratch, to redesigning their web site, to providing SEO and general IT functions. From the sale of private islands, to multimillion dollar villas, to resorts and hotels, the client needed specific functions not available with third party software to allow internal management of their web site, provide specific user permissions to restricted areas, employ tracking codes to monitor user behavior, and to efficiently market high end listings.

Back end functions were created to allow agents to update properties and changes user permissions. A customized MLS system was implemented.  Lead generation grew by over 700% and client could also monitor the behavior giving valuable insight into properties of interest. While previously not ranking in the top ten, client soon gained top 5 placement across all major search engines.
